Mange a geographical territory of clinical eye care facilities Maintain and grow current customer base, including upselling and cross-selling. Prospect and acquire new customers in territory. Daily use of CRM systems to track activity, pipeline, forecasting, and customer notes Make on average 40 phone calls per day. Meet or exceed sales objectives Ability to manage high volume outreach through email, phone, and digital tools Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners on strategy, pipeline development and management. Provide exceptional customer service. Solve customer problems accurately and in a timely fashion. Assist with troubleshooting customer’s diagnostic product issues and working with our support team. Create and build strong customer relationships. Ability to multitask in a fast paced sales environment Present and promote the comprehensive product portfolio for Keeler. Diagnostic Pharmaceuticals and disposable medical supplies Ultrasound equipment and other eyecare equipment under the Accutome and Keeler brands Minor procedure surgical instruments and reusable clinic supplies

Requirements

  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required: Medical sales experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Must be goal-oriented and strive for personal success and motivated by friendly competition.
  • Must be eager to learn and grow continuously, to keep up with the eye care industry.
  • Travel may be required to trade shows and occasional customer visits: <10% travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Nice To Haves
