Requirements

• Previous experience in inside sales support, sales operations, or a related business role

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the inside sales team
• Assist with order processing, pricing documentation, and sales-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems and CRM platforms
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Support preparation of quotations, reports, and sales documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone
