Requirements

• Experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service role within the industrial marketplace and or mechanically inclined preferred.
• Previous experience with sizing and selection of Process Flow Control and control instrumentation is helpful.
• Problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Computer proficiency-Epicor P21 a plus!

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our customers and sales team to solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships.
• Successfully sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries via inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide technical and application information.
• Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors.
• Source and get quotes from vendors, effectively handle correspondences from customers and field calls from customers as well as assist the outside sales team.
