Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
  • 1-5 years of sales or relevant experience in the automotive industry
  • Comprehensive understanding and expertise in customer relations
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and business software programs
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong teamwork mentality and ability to work with multiple functional groups
  • Candidate must be willing to physically work out of our Madison Heights, MI location at a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Must be willing to travel (10% minimum)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service existing accounts by providing technical/ application, logistics, and quality support.
  • Cultivate, qualify, and validate leads.
  • Actively manage pricing system
  • Support customer special requests including: order release, credit limit, debit/credit, customer complaints, agreements, and price quotations.
  • Serve as lead contact for distribution partners: transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, price and contract management.
  • Manage customer base to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost saving opportunities, and provide continuous improvement.
