About The Position

Guardian Tax is growing, and we're looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Chandler team. In this role, you'll connect with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax-related challenges. These are warm inbound opportunities—no cold calling required. Your focus will be on understanding each client's situation, explaining available solutions, and guiding them toward the option that best fits their needs. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close deals
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities
