About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, converting calls into scheduled jobs, and coordinating service requests for assignment to production teams. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in driving revenue through effective communication and sales skills. Success in this role is defined by the ability to capture and convert business inquiries and overcome points of resistance and decision barriers pertaining to SERVPRO’s mitigation and restoration services.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and phone-based sales skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
  • Organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond promptly to service inquiries
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
  • Convert inbound calls into scheduled jobs through consultative selling
  • Accurately document job details and customer information
  • Coordinate and assign jobs to production managers
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Coordinate hand-off of specified leads to Business Development Team for follow up
  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the intake process
