Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle conversations professionally
Effective active listening and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM systems and accurate data entry
Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
Ability to reliably commute to the office
Willingness to work fully onsite
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred
Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or construction-related industries is a plus
Additional education or certifications are a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients nationwide across various time zones
Follow a structured outreach approach while keeping conversations natural and engaging
Ask thoughtful questions and guide discussions with confidence
Identify qualified opportunities and set appointments and/or generate requests for quotes
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Represent the company with professionalism and polish in every interaction
