Requirements
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data entry, and reporting.
- Confidence learning and discussing equipment specs, availability, and basic operation.
- High school diploma required.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or branch operations experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries.
- Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices.
- Help resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions.
- Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns, communicating availability and expectations clearly.
- Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs, inventory, and order fulfillment.
