The Big Task Recover opportunities from our Plumbing Service, Electrical Service, and Drain Sales teams to help fill the board, close unsold work, and drive revenue goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Resilience
• Persistence
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a 9-panel drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Follow up on unsold plumbing, drain, and electrical estimates
• Convert leads through outbound calls, texts, and follow-up campaigns
• Save sold work by reducing cancellations and overcoming objections
• Offer financing, promotions, and high-authority closes to secure same-day bookings
• Coordinate sold installations and service work through ServiceTitan
• Track opportunities, close rates, and sales performance KPIs
• Call quality score of 80%+
• Sell 10% of lost Drain Sales opportunities
• Sell 10% of unsold Plumbing Service opportunities
• Sell 10% of unsold Electrical Service opportunities
• Recover 20% of sold Plumbing & Drain work
