National Accounts Team Dealer National Accounts is a dynamic team of sales professionals with a history of growing sales profitably and building meaningful long-term customer relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will manage our relationships with new and transfer dealers, support dealers with elite status as well as assist with take-offs and contract quoting. Supported by a dedicated sales and marketing team as well as the industry’s best customer service, this position represents an exciting opportunity to take this business to the next level. Mission This role will be primarily responsible for communicating with customers, understanding, and meeting their needs, as well as ensuring a smooth onboarding and/or transfer process. The ideal candidate will be collaborative in nature, with the ability to develop close relationships with our dealers and franchisees, as well as our dedicated marketers, field sales associates and customer service. Objectives Primarily utilizing telephone, e-mail, and virtual methods, develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty. Facilitate dealer onboarding program for new owners and transfers; assist with account set up, product training, industry knowledge, etc. to accelerate business development. Maintain dealer programs for discounts, sample, and display costs with all sales contacts for dealers with elite status. Keep dealers apprised of their co-op balance and other benefits. Answering dealer’s questions and sending additional information via email (promotions, new products, etc.) and assist with order entry and/or large quote requests if necessary. Consistently gather, record and report information relating to competitor activity including product introductions, pricing, discounts and marketing programs in the CRM database. Set and meet sales goals and objectives aligned with organization goals established by leadership. Structure activities which drive dealer relationship development, product and sales training and sales growth. Provide training to dealer staff as an on-going element of the vendor-dealer relationship, including for new products and options. Strong phone presence and Zoom presentation skills. Maintain up to date call details and communicate dealer updates to appropriate departments which may include the Sales, Finance, Customer Service, CRM, Product Management, and Marketing departments.
