About The Position

Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a persistent communicator with a "closer" mentality. This is a fully remote phone sales position, and we are looking for individuals with experience selling and closing deals over the phone. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience
  • Tech savvy + strong computer skills
  • Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer
  • Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance
  • Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Reliable work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred
