Requirements

A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment is a plus.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A motivated, team-oriented individual who enjoys learning, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with pricing, availability, and product recommendations through phone, email, and web inquiries.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate invoicing.
Build lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
Source products from approved vendors when inventory isn't available.
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
Follow up on quotes and proactively reconnect with previous customers to generate new business.
Work closely with your team to help customers find the parts they need while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
