About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will provide essential support to the Sales Directors and Managers by assisting in managing customer relationship throughout the entire sales cycle. Key responsibilities will be generating formal quotes, provide product information, and support post-sales inquiries. Inside Sales Representative will also interface with Engineering, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer inquiries and action items are completed on time.

Requirements

  • Professional telephone communication skills with outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership and facilitation skills are essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a technical field, preferably in computer hardware
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (desired)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare formal quotes and sales support materials in Word and Excel for the Sales Directors/Managers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide price quotes, product availability, and delivery lead-times
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve RMA and customer service issues
  • Work closely with the Planner to track delivery dates and ensure timely notification to customers
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing team to determine component availability and lifecycle
  • Support Sales Directors/Managers in all aspects of the sales process
  • Interface with various departments to follow up on customer action items
  • Follow up on open quotes to ensure timely completion of sales processes
