Role Summary We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to help drive pipeline growth at Surgical Solutions. This role focuses on engaging inbound and outbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and partnering closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to convert interest into high-quality sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools to research, personalize outreach, and improve efficiency, while also being confident and engaging on calls with prospective clients. This position is based in our Overland Park, KS corporate office, with an expectation to work onsite 3–4 days per week.
