About The Position

A Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer is required to join an industry leader in industrial verticals based in Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD The successful Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer will ideally come from an oil & gas, energy, telecoms, mining, transportation, aerospace, or defence background, with strong sales and customer-focused skills. Package: Base salary: $70,000 – $100,000 Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESSP) – private ownership model 401(k), health, dental, and vision coverage Paid holidays and vacation Career progression opportunities into outside sales, marketing, or sales management Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager Responsibilities : Drive inside sales activities across North American and global industrial markets. Build and maintain customer relationships across key verticals such as oil & gas, telecoms, mining, transportation, aerospace, and defence. Utilise Salesforce CRM and analytics to optimise sales processes, reporting, and customer engagement. Support distributors and partners with technical expertise on the product portfolio. Collaborate with product management, marketing, and outside sales to achieve growth targets. Clearly communicate product specifications and provide solutions tailored to customer needs within the oil & gas, energy, telecoms, mining, transportation, aerospace, or defence markets. Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager Requirements: Strong focus on customer service, with 2 to 5 years of proven success in inside sales, customer success, or outbound sales within an industrial setting. Extroverted, energetic, and customer-facing personality with an outbound mindset and a track record of building long-term relationships. Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, data analytics, and sales reporting tools. Exposure to industrial verticals such as oil & gas, telecoms, mining, industrial automation, transportation, aerospace, or defence is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with strong computer literacy. Ideally be located in Philadelphia, PA or Baltimore, MD, Flexible to location.

Requirements
