About The Position

Ironclad is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both hands-on and desk-based work, and is energized by building strong customer relationships. You will play a key part in supporting our sales operations, helping customers understand product options, and ensuring every interaction reflects Ironclad’s commitment to quality and service. The Inside Sales Representative will work 100% on-site in the SeaTac office, requiring both desk work and hands-on warehouse/customer support.

Requirements

  • Strong technology and communication skills; comfortable navigating digital tools and multitasking across platforms
  • Experience or interest in industries that rely on SKU-based products (e.g., industrial, hardware, manufacturing, or distribution)
  • Ability to balance office work with occasional hands-on tasks in a warehouse or product environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a natural drive to close sales and support revenue growth
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn Ironclad’s product lines and processes

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms to provide product information, generate quotes, and support the sales cycle
  • Utilize various software tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms with confidence and efficiency
  • Work with SKU-driven product catalogs to help customers identify the right solutions for their needs
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to manage order flow, product availability, and customer delivery expectations
  • Perform a combination of desk-based administrative work and occasional physical tasks such as product handling, sample preparation, or inventory checks
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new features, specifications, and applications
  • Consistently pursue sales goals, follow up on leads, and contribute to team revenue targets
