About The Position

We invite you to apply to our Inside Sales opening. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll grow the customer base and drive branch profitability by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value-added plumbing solutions that meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a 90%+ customer satisfaction score. You’ll engage customers through proactive outreach, accurate quoting, and timely follow-ups to ensure project success and repeat business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management in a wholesale distribution, plumbing supply, or construction-related industry.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems - Eclipse
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
  • Operation of office equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.

  • Engage customers through proactive outreach, accurate quoting, and timely follow-ups to ensure project success and repeat business.
  • Proactively sell, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, deliver accurate quotes, and ensure timely follow-up that drives repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple customers, timelines, and priorities while ensuring seamless project execution and on-time order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales trends, forecast opportunities, and implement initiatives that consistently improve regional performance.
  • Leverage expert product knowledge to recommend optimal solutions aligned with project goals and profitability.
  • Step in wherever needed to support customers, strengthen relationships, and maintain a high standard of service.
