About The Position

This role is responsible for providing parts pricing and product information, generating quotes, and entering parts orders. The Inside Sales Representative will support customer inquiries, actively pursue parts sales, and perform other inside sales duties as required. This position involves close collaboration with regional parts and service sales representatives to obtain current part information and costs for quotations. The role may also include other assigned duties, assignments, and special projects.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to express ideas both verbally and in writing to individuals.
• Must be able to read and understand shop drawings and schematics.
• Must be able to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical ability preferred.
• Experience in vacuum and water blasting products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply solicitation information, such as parts pricing and product information.
• Supply quotes for parts.
• Responsible for parts order entry.
• Support customer inquiries needs and concerns.
• Actively pursue parts sales when required.
• Perform inside sales duties as required.
• Work closely with and support regional parts and service sales representatives.
• Obtain current part information and cost for quotations.
• Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as required.

Benefits

• Base salary of $40,000–$45,000 per year, plus commission.
