Requirements

  • Communicate confidently through phone, email, and chat and know how to build trust quickly in a sales environment.
  • Organized, accountable, and energized by following up, managing details, and moving sales opportunities forward.
  • Enjoy consultative selling and helping customers compare options, make decisions, and feel excited about their furniture purchase.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, retail, ecommerce, or other relationship-based roles and are comfortable learning new systems.
  • Experience in sales, inside sales, retail sales, customer service, account support, or another customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfort using Office 365, CRM systems, databases, and online tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required

  • Furniture industry experience is helpful, but not required. If you have strong sales instincts, customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly, we'll help you become a furniture expert.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through inbound calls, chats, emails, and leads, delivering a high-quality furniture sales experience from first conversation through completed order.
  • Use consultative sales skills and product knowledge to recommend furniture solutions that match each customer's style, space, budget, and customization needs.
  • Follow up thoughtfully, answer questions, coordinate vendor details, and build trust that leads to stronger conversion, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage orders, CRM updates, quotes, and sales pipeline activity with accuracy while partnering across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
