As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll s erve as the liaison between outside sales, partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries, determining credits for customers when appropriate, and more! You'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of previous customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders
• Communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options
