About The Position

This role is responsible for processing orders, quotes, bids, and contracts, as well as managing any changes that arise. The Inside Sales Representative will answer incoming calls, work directly with customers to address inquiries and maintain strong business relationships, and assist Regional Sales Managers with quotes, sales history, and marketing information. The position also involves coordinating shipments, updating orders, checking order accuracy, conducting order status meetings, creating bid submittal documents, and managing inventory. Participation in the company's safety program and performance of other job-related duties as assigned are also expected. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Enters quotes and orders into ERP system
• Provide quotes and assists Regional Sales Managers
• Work closely with customers to answer inquiries
• Help coordinate shipments with Plants and Transportation Department
• Update orders with revised delivery dates
• Check orders created by other team members for accuracy
• Conduct weekly order status meetings with assigned manufacturing plants
• Create bid submittal documents
• Create bills of lading and manage inventory for finished goods yards
• Participates and contributes to company safety program
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
