About The Position

Dupli Envelope and Graphics is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to help drive new business growth while supporting and expanding existing customer relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating quotes, following up on sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, relationship building, problem-solving, and helping customers find solutions that support their business goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in printing, promotional products, apparel, direct mail, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience preparing estimates or quotations.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Dupli's products and services.
  • Prepare and present pricing, estimates, and sales proposals.
  • Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
  • Enter customer orders accurately into company systems and provide customers with timely updates regarding order status, production schedules, shipping information, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with estimating, production, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within CRM systems.
  • Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
  • May assist with trade shows, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
