About The Position

Chamberlain Group (CG) is a global leader in intelligent access and a Blackstone portfolio company. Powered by our myQ technology, we make access simple and secure for millions of homeowners, businesses, and communities worldwide. Our flagship brands, LiftMaster® and Chamberlain®, are found in over 51 million homes, and more than 14 million people rely on the myQ® app daily. This role supports pipeline growth by conducting consistent outbound outreach, following assigned cadences, and responding quickly to inbound inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels. The representative will conduct initial discovery with customers to understand their needs, qualify basic opportunities, and route or advance leads according to established guidelines. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM by logging activities, updating account details, and ensuring clean data entry across assigned accounts is crucial. The role also involves assisting in preparing quotes, proposals, and product recommendations under established pricing guidelines, ensuring accuracy in product, pricing, and service details. Meeting assigned sales activity targets, contribution KPIs, and follow-up expectations is essential to support team revenue goals and maintain predictable pipeline flow. The position supports solution selling by sharing LiftMaster product information, identifying relevant portfolio offerings, and reinforcing value propositions during customer interactions. Learning and applying foundational CAS and PAS product knowledge to explain core features and benefits, escalating complex technical questions to senior team members when appropriate, is also part of the role. Collaboration with field teams, inside sales peers, and cross-functional groups by sharing customer insights, coordinating information, and supporting account activities is expected. The representative will assist in executing sales campaigns by sending assigned outreach messages, tracking engagement, and sharing feedback to help refine campaign performance. They will also help prepare presentations or materials for dealer, integrator, or customer meetings, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with team messaging. Reviewing dashboards and existing reports to provide updates on assigned metrics—such as call activity, lead status, pipeline movement, and campaign engagement—will support broader forecasting efforts. Prioritizing daily activities, assigned accounts, and follow-ups is key to ensuring timely customer engagement and supporting territory productivity. Building positive relationships with customers by demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach during every interaction is paramount. Participation in ongoing training, product updates, and team development activities is required to strengthen technical knowledge, communication skills, and sales effectiveness.
