About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will act as a trusted partner to our existing clients. Your mission is to manage a portfolio of professional chefs and buyers, facilitating the daily order process while identifying opportunities to expand our reach through consultative selling. Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry (restaurants or commercial kitchens) is required.
  • Knowledge of seafood or perishables is a major plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills; must be fluent in English (Bilingual skills are a plus).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a "go-getter" attitude.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Team-oriented, trustworthy, and passionate about exemplary customer service.
  • Trustworthy with strong work ethic and integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of seafood or perishables is a major plus.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; manage retention, conduct regular check-ins, and resolve roadblocks professionally.
  • Drive revenue KPIs by identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell high-quality perishables based on changing customer needs.
  • Analyze client volume and trends to tailor solutions that compel chefs to trust Four Star Seafood for their gourmet needs.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and execute sales campaigns via phone and email to expand market penetration.
  • Use internal sales systems for lead management and forecasting; maintain accurate client records and monitor inventory levels.
  • Represent our values of sustainability and quality in every interaction.
