  • Fluency in English is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Proven background in sales, sales administration, or customer service, ideally in B2B or industrial sales.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, partners, and prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including analyzing RFQs, preparing offers, conducting contract reviews, processing orders, monitoring delivery schedules, expediting paperwork, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Participate actively in daily business processes, collaborating with the sales team to make key decisions on offers, projects, and commercial agreements.
  • Develop and execute customer account plans, identifying business drivers, stakeholders, and key activities.
  • Engage directly with customers to close deals while gathering valuable market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Alleima production units and other departments to ensure offers and orders meet internal requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Occasionally travel for client meetings and presentations.
