This position is responsible for ensuring that any customer issues are resolved satisfactorily within the parameters of company policies.

- Efficient typing speed
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and identify problems
- Work internally with various departments as necessary to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure al issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Provide support for customers, agents and outside sales representatives
- Cover the Sales Order Entry function as necessary
- Qualify sales opportunities, price and availability checks, sales quoting and outbound sales calls
- Data entry and various administrative support responsibilities
