About The Position

State Electric Supply Co. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending products or services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. The position may also involve providing counter support as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Customer Service and Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately operate cash register.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
• Process customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer services
• Provide counter support as needed and assigned
