The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for re-engaging, qualifying, and managing assigned accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that foster strong, positive relationships- essential to the company’s long-term success. Additionally, the representative will proactively prospect and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Requirements

  • Developing and qualifying leads for equipment, parts, and service
  • Participating in ongoing internal and external training programs
  • Processing rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
  • Coordinating with onsite contacts for equipment deliveries or exchanges
  • Collaborating with shop personnel and sales reps to fulfill reservations, service requests, and customer needs
  • Obtaining logistics quotes and coordinating hauling and scheduled equipment arrival

Responsibilities

  • Promotes all aspects of Aksela-Hayden, including parts, service, labor, and Customer Value Agreements (CVAs), while also cultivating & generating capital equipment sales leads for both new and used equipment.
  • Proactively manages assigned accounts through targeted outbound call campaigns, qualifying leads, updating customer data, and initiating strong relationships. Acts as the first point of contact for Aksela-Hayden, supporting both call-in and walk-in customers while executing marketing initiatives to drive engagement and growth.
  • Maintains accurate customer account details within CRM and machine population data to support targeted sales efforts, promotional outreach, and tracking of account-specific goals.
  • Develops and qualifies leads for equipment, parts, and service, forwards qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Participates in ongoing internal and external training programs, including Technical training, trade shows, and marketing events, to stay current and maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
  • Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
  • Coordinate with onsite contacts for equipment deliveries or exchanges
  • Collaborate with shop personnel and sales reps to fulfill reservations, service requests, and customer needs
  • Obtain logistics quotes and coordinate hauling and scheduled equipment arrival
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.
