The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position is responsible for driving incremental sales revenue for assigned sales territories and supporting the increased sales productivity of assigned Outside Sales Representatives (OSR). This role also involves increasing sales through identifying new prospective customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and utilizing various approaches such as project database mining, phone contact, email, and web inquiry handling. The ISR will work with OSRs and Branch teams to support customer-facing processes, including handling customer sales inquiries, assisting with sales quotations, and customer communications.
