About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with prospective clients through outbound and warm calling strategies. Your primary goal will be to develop new business opportunities, nurture existing customer relationships, and drive revenue growth by leveraging your excellent communication skills and technical sales expertise. Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales, with a focus on outbound calling and customer engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales activities.
  • Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex products or services clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform telemarketing effectively while maintaining a professional and energetic demeanor.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted marketing campaigns and warm calling techniques to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Engage with potential customers via telemarketing, providing detailed product or service information tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Present technical solutions and product demonstrations to clients, translating complex features into clear benefits aligned with their business needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client requirements, overcoming objections, and offering compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new market opportunities and optimize outreach strategies.
