The role of Inside Sales Representative is vital in supporting our mission and achieving our goals. In this position, you will greet customers and take orders for HVAC products and supplies. You will also assist with warranty returns and credits, as well as handle customer inquiries regarding products and services. It is important to offer friendly and efficient service to maximize customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative should ensure that customers receive the correct products in the right quantities and on schedule. Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work well in a team-oriented environment Develop pricing proposals for orders received via phone, email, or the counter Facilitate sales transactions through credit cards, cash, or checks while ensuring that customers are verified as authorized personnel of the company Ensuring the overall appearance of the branch showroom, warehouse, and surrounding grounds is well-maintained. Process credits for items that have been returned in accordance with company policy. Support warehouse staff in retrieving and organizing sold items Continuous engagement with internal teams concerning order releases and product assistance Guarantee that all customers exit the store with a sense of satisfaction Focus on safety first and ensuring the well-being of yourself and other employees, and the overall operations

  • Basic understanding of air conditioning and heating knowledge is a plus
  • Always maintaining safety awareness.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize daily task.
  • Must have basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Problem solving, promptly identify and resolve issues to ensure a steady workflow.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, division, multiplication and subtraction).
  • Proficiency in comprehending guidelines.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Basic understanding of air conditioning and heating knowledge is a plus
