Requirements

3+ years customer service experience or a bachelor’s degree business, marketing, or related field.

Nice To Haves

Prior sales experience in manufacturing environment
Merchant bar quality/rebar product knowledge
Experience with Oracle system and customer relationship management tools

Responsibilities

Work cooperatively with our team to manage customer accounts, create new customer accounts, and develop existing customer opportunities.
This position is responsible for actively managing multiple customer accounts, pursuing growth and representing Nucor daily.
This position will require coordinating with outside sales, production, shipping, mill leadership and metallurgist(s) to sell product and service customers.
This position will need to provide appropriate pricing and availability to customers on inquiries, while also entering orders timely and accurately with attention to detail.
