Dry Force is seeking a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to support our phone-based inside sales team focused on driving pipeline across our plumber marketing channel. This role is responsible for executing high-volume outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for brand sales teams. You will work directly under the Inside Sales Manager (Player/Coach) and play a key role in generating consistent, high-quality opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and wants to develop strong sales skills in prospecting, discovery, and qualification.
