Inside Sales Representative Full-time | Maywood IL or Rockford IL At Aetna Building Solutions , relationships are everything. Now, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who shares our belief that being a “relationship company” is more than a slogan—it’s how we work. What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of Aetna to our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year of inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by listening, problem-solving, and delivering value every day.
  • Partner with our outside sales team and product managers to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.
  • Drive sales results by managing inbound and outbound calls, providing quotes, and following up on opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in Aetna’s products and applications so you can be a trusted resource.
  • Keep customer and sales activity up to date in our CRM to ensure smooth collaboration across the team.
