In this role you will develop new customers through telemarketing and by answering incoming product inquiries. Provides product information and pricing to potential and existing customers, writes orders, and resolves complaints. Assists the Regional Sales Managers by providing sales and administrative support and backup. This role will be based out of Carlsbad, CA on a hybrid schedule supporting the North Central territory.
