Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, call center, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident speaking with executives and business owners
• Competitive mindset with a desire to win
• Highly coachable and eager to learn
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Success in this role comes from attitude and effort—not previous industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage business owners through outbound calling
• Build rapport with CEOs, Presidents, and business decision-makers
• Schedule qualified appointments for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
• Identify business challenges and communicate the value of Cogent Analytics' consulting services
• Maintain accurate activity within our CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
• Represent Cogent Analytics with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
