We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, go-getter to join our Sales Team as an Inside Sales Representative . This role will be focused on relationship building, developing new business opportunities through lead generation, and maintaining current client relationships while guiding them through the sales process. Requirements

• Prior experience in sales is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ability to negotiate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the designated market
• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
