The Inside Sales Representative role is accountable for providing excellent customer service with a commercial focus. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to complete daily tasks in a timely and accurate manner, while meeting and exceeding quarterly targets. The ISR is responsible for prospecting and new business development. ISR’s direct their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on company results.
