The Inside Sales Representative will provide initial product support via phone and email to key customers, including hospitals, transplant centers and organ procurement organizations (OPOs). Communication will be both inbound and outbound, and requires a high degree of customer service, including daily tasks such as order fulfillment, quoting, and order follow-up, as well as liaising all requested information in a timely manner. Additionally, the role may assist in planning and attending national trade shows and conferences.
