About The Position
Koch Air is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to successfully meet our customers’ parts, supplies, and equipment needs!
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to use PC and Microsoft Office suite.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC knowledge a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction via all forms of communication.
- Review and process orders from customers and sales teams.
- Provide accurate quotations for parts, supplies, residential and light commercial equipment.
- Provide quotation maintenance and price study support.
- Provide general customer inquiry support for order entry, pricing, and marketing.
- Work with all internal teams to ensure customers’ orders are processed timely and accurately.
- Provide primary support for parts, supplies, residential and light commercial products to TMs and other sales teams as needed.
