About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Inside Sales Center (ISC) Representatives to join their expanding Portland-based team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and earning performance-based bonuses. The ISC Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for homeowners, offering a great opportunity for career growth within a well-established organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales preferred.
• Fluent in English, with clear, professional verbal communication skills and strong phone etiquette.
• Motivated to meet performance goals and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Basic computer proficiency, comfort navigating multiple screens, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reliably commute to and from the Tualatin office.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls, delivering exceptional service and building trust.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads from internal databases (no cold calling) and schedule consultations for the sales team.
• Guide homeowners through the scheduling process while providing a professional and welcoming experience on every call.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate calendar placement and a smooth customer handoff.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.

• Strong Base Pay + Incentives: Earn $18–$21 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses paid with each paycheck. Top performers can earn $45,000–$70,000 in annual total compensation (OTE).
