About The Position
Grandview Exteriors is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to help fuel that growth. In this role, your primary focus will be setting high-quality appointments with homeowners for our outside sales team. - Previous experience in call centers, outbound sales, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners to introduce our exterior remodeling services and schedule qualified appointments
- Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and create interest in our offerings
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and keep schedules full for the sales team
- Accurately track conversations, appointments, and customer details in our systems
- Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience
- Continuously improve your approach through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking
