About The Position

Guardian Tax is growing and looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join their Chandler team. In this role, you will connect with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax-related challenges. These are warm inbound opportunities, so no cold calling is required. Your focus will be on understanding each client's situation, explaining available solutions, and guiding them toward the option that best fits their needs. If you are confident on the phone, driven by results, and motivated by earning potential, Guardian Tax provides the leads, training, and support to help you succeed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close deals
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Understand each client's needs, goals, and unique situation
• Recommend solutions based on each client's individual needs
• Build trust through strong communication and active listening
• Handle objections and confidently close sales
