Assist clients in evaluating and selecting insurance products that meet their needs. Support policy changes, endorsements and claims management with attention to detail. Develop and maintain trusting, long-term client relationships through clear and professional communication. Stay current on market developments and available product offerings relevant to the Florida market. Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales approaches and improve team performance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand skills and product knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interactions. Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction. Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Possession of relevant insurance licenses (Florida licenses preferred) or willingness to obtain required licenses. U.S. citizenship and residence within the United States; candidates should be located in or able to work Eastern Time hours, with preference for those based in the Orlando, FL area.
