About The Position

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide high-quality service and tailored insurance solutions in a fully virtual work setting supporting clients in Baltimore, MD and across the United States. Assist clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including product evaluation, selection, onboarding, and renewals. Help clients evaluate and choose insurance products aligned with their needs, explaining coverages, limitations, and pricing clearly and accurately. Support policy changes, endorsements and claims management with careful attention to detail and timely follow-up. Develop and sustain trusting, long-term client relationships through consistent, professional communication and service. Monitor market developments and product offerings relevant to the Baltimore, MD market and the broader industry to provide informed recommendations. Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales approaches, share best practices and contribute to team performance goals. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to expand technical knowledge and sales skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional client interactions. Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction. Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Possession of relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licenses. U.S. citizenship and residence within the United States.
