About The Position

The Gainey Agency is a fast-growing, client-focused insurance agency offering flexible, remote opportunities for candidates in Dallas, TX and nationwide. We specialize in life insurance and financial protection products and support our agents with training, mentorship, and access to industry resources. Position overview Remote, full-time, commission-based role supporting clients across the United States. This position is fully remote and well suited to candidates located in the Dallas, TX area. The Customer Service / Insurance Agent will build and maintain client relationships, present tailored life insurance solutions, and provide ongoing policy support.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Active life insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a license will be supported.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficient with basic digital tools, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and online communication platforms.

  • Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.
  • Assist with basic policy servicing, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes.
  • Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
