The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for supporting and growing an assigned sales territory by serving as the primary point of contact for RFQs, complex quoting, competitive crossovers, and customer communication. This role works closely with Outside Sales, Regional Managers, Customer Service and Engineering to ensure accurate quotes, timely follow-up, and a strong customer experience. ISRs manage their territory’s quote funnel from initial inquiry through follow-up and are expected to build relationships with branch locations, OEMs, distributors, and key accounts. Success in this position will align to goals of the business leaders to achieve year over year sales growth within their territory of responsibility.
