Inside Sales Representative - Worldmark
About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking reliable, professional, sales-minded individuals who are great on the phone to join their growing Virtual Sales Team in Bothell. This position is 100% in office and is not remote. The role involves conducting presentations via Zoom, establishing rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure, and generating sales through proper closing techniques. All leads are prequalified and provided by the company, so no cold calling or prospecting is involved. The company offers extensive sales training and career development opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous commission based sales experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Passion to support our company mission to put the world on vacation
- Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals
- Ability to overcome objections
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
Responsibilities
- Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners
- Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
- Articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training
