This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, developing pipeline through outbound prospecting, and owning opportunities from inquiry to order. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for following up on quotes, re-engaging dormant accounts, and maintaining CRM accuracy. A strong understanding of product knowledge is essential to evaluate customer needs and make appropriate recommendations, while always promoting good customer relations.
