About The Position

They deliver innovative SaaS platforms designed to drive dealership efficiency, revenue growth, and customer retention, supporting over 250,000 automotive professionals across 186 countries. The company is currently seeking a motivated and coachable Inside Sales Representative to support growth within their Americas dealership market. This role specifically focuses on selling automotive technology solutions to dealership parts and service departments. Candidates with direct dealership experience or exposure to automotive parts and service operations are strongly preferred for this position.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of inside sales, automotive dealership, or related customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and metrics-driven sales environments
  • Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Direct familiarity with dealership parts and/or service operations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (minimum 40 calls per day) to dealership prospects
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule product demonstrations
  • Deliver structured virtual demonstrations highlighting dealership ROI and operational efficiency
  • Close defined sales programs and drive monthly revenue targets
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing dealership accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams
  • Ensure smooth handoff to customer support and account management teams
